![]() ![]() Now for a really interesting part of the exercise. It follows that if you rank an area as a 7 or a 3, you perceive yourself as less and less satisfied with that area. Imagine that the rim is a “perfect 10!” If you rank a spoke in your wheel as a 10, you are completely satisfied and fulfilled in that area of your life. Think about your level of satisfaction with each area of your life. Then starting right at the edge of your axle and working to the rim, put little notches on the spokes from 1 to 10. Now, imagine your “who” as the axle of the wheel.
